Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping costs are €4.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €50. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email. We ship all packages (within the Netherlands) via PostNL or DHL. These will be delivered within two days. For international shipments, we will contact you.
If you are available, you can also pick up your ordered items at the store in Hengelo (Gld). When placing your order, you can indicate that you want to pick up the ordered items by checking 'pick up in store'. The ordered items must be picked up within three days.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
Via this button you can create and print a return label using your Track & Trace code and postcode. Upon receipt, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited. The costs for returning your order from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the outstanding order amount within five days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.
